2000 Dodge Durango O2 Sensor Location. I have a 2000 Dodge Durango 47L. Some say california durango have 4 02s. 2 Left and right banks of a V-type engine. One is located above the catalytic converter most likely near the exhaust manifold where it attaches to the head.

On the 39L V6 engine bank 1 is the one that houses cylinders 1 3 and 5.
It is located on the muffler by the moter and looks like a sparkplug with wire attached at the end.
