I am wondering if anyone has disabled their PTO safety switch that John Deere uses to shut off their PTO when the reverse Hydro pedal is pressed. Visual PTO warning light on the instrument panel alerts the operator when the PTO is running. Among these is a switch on the underside of the mowers seat that prevents the operator from shifting the mower into reverse when the cutting blades are spinning.
