Pt Cruiser Fan Relay Location. The cooling fan relay is controlled by the cooling fan temperature switch located on the rear of the engine. Fuse box diagram location and assignment of electrical fuses for Chrysler PT Cruiser 2001 2002 2003 2004 2005 2006 2007 2008 2009 2010. 2001 pt cruiser over heating within 2 miles of drive time replaced thermostat and temp sensor all fan fuses are good fan is running at low speed havent checked high speed checked and filled radiator coolant checked water pump no leaks or blow off of fan. Best guess is the relay but I cant check it because I dont know where it is located.
